Tier 1: The Enterprise Core

Our primary deployment standard for high-density schools. We utilize retired enterprise hardware to build fail-safe environments that mimic 911 dispatch reliability.

Tier 2: The Legacy Tier (Community Edition)

Project Code: "The French Fry Tier"

We receive pallets of donated "potatoes"—laptops with < 4GB RAM that corporate IT rejected. We don't throw them away. We slice them up.

Using a custom, lightweight Linux architecture, we strip away the bloat and fry them into crisp, fast, functional learning nodes.

# The Stack (French Fry Edition) -------------------------------- OS: Debian Stable (Bookworm) + XFCE Config: Ansible Pull (Localhost Mode) Cache: Apt-Cacher-NG (Local Mirror for Bandwidth Saving) Content: Kiwix (Offline Wikipedia) Status: "Crispy"

Special shoutout to the Partners, Volunteers, and YOU for helping us architect the scripts that make this possible.

Architecture Philosophy

We do not rely on hope. We rely on telemetry. Every ConnectED node—whether it's an Enterprise Dell or a French Fry Laptop—reports health status back to our central Re-CycleDashBoard.

This allows us to identify failing drives or network congestion before it stops a student from learning.
